AltSeo: AI-Powered Alt Text Generator – Terms and Conditions for Gift and Referral AI Credits Codes

1. Code Eligibility and Use

• Single Use: Each gift or referral code is valid for a one-time redemption per Shopify store.

• Account Limitation: Codes can only be redeemed by stores that have not previously used the same code.

• Non-Transferable: Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or shared publicly without explicit permission from AltSeo.

2. Code Value and Expiry

• Credit Value: The value of AI credits granted by each code is determined by AltSeo and may vary by promotion or referral campaign.

• Expiry: Codes may have an expiration date. Expired codes cannot be redeemed or reactivated.

• No Cash Value: Codes and the AI credits they provide have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

3. Redemption Process

• How to Redeem: Enter your 6-character code in the designated field on the billing page of the AltSeo app and click “Redeem Now.”

• Verification: Codes are subject to verification and validation by AltSeo. Invalid, expired, or previously used codes will not be accepted.

• Limitations: Only one code may be redeemed per store. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Abuse and Fraud

• Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or abuse the code system (including using bots, scripts, or multiple stores for the same user) is strictly prohibited.

• Consequences: AltSeo reserves the right to revoke credits, suspend accounts, or take legal action in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

5. Changes and Termination

• Modification: AltSeo reserves the right to modify or terminate the code program, its terms, or the value of credits at any time without prior notice.

• Notification: Any changes will be published on the AltSeo website or communicated through the app.
